Launch Fixppo on your computer and you should see all three options in the main window. Select a mode according to your situation. The options Standard Mode and Exit/Enter Recovery Mode will not affect the data on your device, but you will lose all data if you use the Advanced Mode.

If you don't want to lose any data, choose the Standard Mode on the Home page. This mode efficiently solves all common iOS/tvOS issues.
Step 1. Connect your device to a computer
After you click Standard Mode, you will see the screen below. Then connect your device to your computer and click the Next button.
Note：If your device is in normal mode and running iOS 12 or later, the program may not recognize it when it is locked. Unlock your device before clicking the Next button.
After you click the Next button,
1. if your device can be detected, the program will proceed to the next step.
2. if not, you will be asked to put your device in DFU or Recovery Mode. You can see a very clear guide on the screen. Follow the instructions. The program will proceed to the next step when your device is in DFU or Recovery Mode.

Step 2. Download the firmware
Now you need to download the firmware to fix your device. The program will automatically detect the model of your device and show you all the available versions of firmware. Choose the version you prefer. Then click Download.
Note: If you want to downgrade your iOS/tvOS, check if there is an older version provided by the program. If there is, you can choose that version to proceed. Otherwise, you will not be able to downgrade your iOS/tvOS.
Once the firmware has been downloaded, it will automatically verify the firmware and extract software before fixing.
Step 3. Fix the iOS/tvOS issue
When everything is ready, you can start to fix your device. Check the device and firmware information. Once you confirm that everything is correct, click the Start button. If the firmware is older than your iOS /tvOS version, generally it won't affect the fix process. If it fails, try a newer version because there might be some compatibility problems.
The program will automatically begin to fix the device. Don't use nor unplug your device during the process, or it may be bricked.
The process won't take long. You can check whether your device can restart normally after the fix.
If the process fails, you can retry or try Advanced Mode.
2. Use Advanced Mode to Fix Serious iOS/tvOS Issues
If the Standard Mode doesn't fix the iOS/tvOS issue, you can try the Advanced Mode. Click on the Advanced Mode from the main window. The repair process is the same as that of the Standard Mode. The Advanced Mode will erase your device in order to fully fix your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch/Apple TV.

3. Enter or Exit Recovery Mode by One Click
The process is very simple. With just one click, you iPhone/iPad/iPod touch/Apple TV can enter or exit recovery mode in a few seconds. This feature is very helpful when the home button or other buttons of device are broken.
Enter Recovery Mode
Step 1.Enter/Exit Recovery Mode on the Home page. Connect your device to computer and click the Next button.
Step 2. As you can see on the screen below, the Enter Recovery Mode button isclickable. Click it.
In a short while, you will see your device is in Recovery Mode.
Exit Recovery Mode
Step 1. The first step is the same as Enter Recovery Mode. Click Enter/Exit Recovery Mode on the Home page and plug in your device. Click Next to proceed.
Step 2. The program will show you the screen below. You will find that the Exit Recovery Mode button is clickable. Click it.
When the process is complete, your device will restart and get back to normal.
If the process is complete and your device won't restart, try again or use Standard Mode to fix the device. Your data won't be affected using Standard Mode.
